Participation is by invitation only and reflects BolsterArts’ commitment to championing ambitious, conceptually driven practices. Fellows are selected for the formal strength of their work and the urgency of their voice within the broader cultural field.
The program prioritizes artists with established practices and significant exhibition histories outside the coastal art centers, particularly those working later in their careers and those who have been systemically underrecognized.

ANN MARIE AURICCHIO
Ann Marie Auricchio (b. 1972) creates paintings that examine the psychological dimensions of disruption and renewal. Her work uses bold sweeping abstract gestures inspired by geological and atmospheric elements to explore how moments of collapse contain generative potential.

Her work has been exhibited widely, with recent solo presentations at Ferrara Showman Gallery (New Orleans), SPRING/BREAK Art Show (New York), and Michael Warren Contemporary (Denver). An upcoming solo exhibition is scheduled for fall 2025 at the Wiregrass Museum of Art in Alabama.
